Lloyds North West Coast

The West Coast division was created in December 2005 after Lloyds North acquired Linfox's 50% shareholding in Bonney Fox.

Lloyds North West Coast is now based at Roseberry providing contract site services to the Zinifex Roseberry mine including stockpile management, seven day operation of the primary crusher, underground grading, labour hire and train loading of concentrates.

In October 1995, the business was successful in securing a five-year contract with Pacific National Tasmania involving the haulage of 120,000 tonnes per annum of copper concentrate to be distributed from the mine site at Copper Mines of Tasmania in Queenstown to the railway siding at Melba Flats.

Lloyds North West Coast provides a variety of transport, industrial services and heavy equipment hire to the mining sector and local government works departments.  West Coast has a diversified fleet of equipment including wheel loaders, excavators, tipper trucks, graders, forklifts, cranes and work handling equipment to suit the industrial and construction needs of this remote environment.

Lloyds North West Coast division has expanded its range of services to include underground mining through MG Mining Pty Ltd.  Lloyds North has a majority shareholding in MG Mining Pty Ltd.
